Many of our clients come to us in the beginning and we assist them by advising them on issues related to buying a business, business structures, asset protection, insurance law, commercial leases and risk management. Once the business has been setup, we advise on issues related to ownership issues, shareholder disputes, directors duties, employment law, business contracts and commercial litigation (debt recovery, etc.). If our clients encounter a legal roadblock or a dispute arises, we’re there to get things back on track as quickly as possible. Finally, when it comes time to move on, we assist by selling the business and advising on business succession and matters related to bankruptcy/insolvency… should that occur. We want to have a ‘start-to-finish’ relationship with you.
