Brendan is a lawyer that assists clients with pragmatic and practical solutions while ensuring they are supported throughout their family law matter to achieve the best outcome possible.

About Brendan

Brendan’s previous career was within the Australian Defence Force, during this time he lived in Canberra, Adelaide, Singleton and Melbourne. Deciding to make the switch to the legal profession, Brendan studied a Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University and graduated in June 2023 before being admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2024.

He also holds a Bachelor of Organisational Leadership from the University of New England and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Brendan joined Turnbull Hill Lawyers in 2024 to continue his legal career after working within the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. He brings to the Turnbull Hill Lawyers team experience gained while working at the Court and the Australian Defence Force.

Brendan’s approach

Brendan understands that simple and easy to understand solutions are best during times of uncertainty and change. Allowing for clients to not overthink, freeing them to focus on what matters most in their lives.

What Brendan does

Brendan works exclusively in family law. He supports the family law team at Turnbull Hill Lawyers in parenting cases and financial cases. His experience at the Federal Circuit and Family Law Court of Australia helps clients to understand what to expect throughout the family law process.
