Mary was included in the Doyle’s Guide ‘Leading Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyers - NSW" list for 2023' and had been included on the list since 2018.
Mary Windeyer has been a member of our Contested Wills and Estates Team for more than 15 years. In that time she has appeared in court in relation to cases seeking provision and or further provision out of Estates. She practices alongside Adrian Corbould (Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates Law), Ella Stratford, Nicholas Rose and Karina Hanson.
She represents and appears for our clients in courts in Sydney and also confers with clients and counsel and negotiates with other legal practitioners in Sydney.
Admitted as a solicitor in 1984, with a background as a health professional, Mary has a strong commitment to conflict resolution through alternate dispute resolution to minimise the cost to clients both financially and emotionally.
In her legal practice, Mary’s major emphasis is on the many aspects of wills and estates including wills, probate and administration of deceased estates; and disputes and claims on deceased estates.
Outside of work Mary’s interests include family, friends, fashion and flowers.
